You can obtain Spacegreen products in the following ways:
- Visit and pick up from the company's physical stores.
- Through Spacegreen's E-shop
- Click & Collect: purchase online and collect from the company's physical stores.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Most of our products are readily available. Please consult the PRODUCT LABELLING for more information.
EXPLANATION OF PRODUCT LABELLING
NEW - Products marked NEW indicate new products in our collection.
COMING SOON - Products marked COMING SOON indicate expected products in our collection. Each product marked with this mark indicates the expected date of arrival.
OUT OF STOCK - Products marked OUT OF STOCK indicate products in our collection out of stock.
UPON ORDER - Products marked UPON ORDER indicate products from our collection that are not available for immediate purchase but only for pre-order after consultation with the company's customer service department.
SALE - Products marked SALE indicate discounted products from our collection.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP FROM THE STORE?
Through the Click & Collect service you have the opportunity to complete your order online and collect it from the company's main store:6-8 Patmou Street 8, 15123, Maroussi, Athens.

ARE THE PRICES OF THE E-SHOP THE SAME AS IN THE PHYSICAL STORE?
The prices are absolutely the same in both the e-shop and our physical stores. However, the company promotes products with online campaigns at a special discounted price that are only valid for online purchases. Stay online!
IN WHICH AREAS DOES SPACEGREEN DELIVER?
Spacegreen distributes to any part of the world that is requested! Nationwide through our network of partner carriers and worldwide either by road, air or sea.
WHAT PROTECTION MEASURES DO YOU TAKE IN YOUR PHYSICAL STORE FOR COVID-19?
- Mandatory use of masks within physical stores
- Social Distance of at least 2 meters between our visitors in the Showrooms
- Multiple daily cleanings of the Showrooms and exhibits

CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS UP CLOSE?
Of course! Our company has 2500m² showrooms in Athens (map link) and in Thessaloniki (map link) where you can see all our collections. In the Athens showroom there is a Cash & Carry where you can directly pick up your products. You can also discover unique bargains in the specially designed discount area. DO YOU UNDERTAKE PRODUCT PLACEMENT?
Spacegreen has a team of experienced external partners who can handle any installation at a pre-agreed cost.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND THE RIGHT PRODUCTS FOR MY SPACE?
Spacegreen has product specialists who recommend the ideal combination of products, as well as alternative applications according to the customer's suggestions. In order to offer complete proposals, it would be useful to provide drawings with measurements and photos of the site. The service is provided free of charge. For your convenience, we suggest you make an appointment here (link), by phone at +30 210 6800032 or by email here (link).In addition, there is the possibility to visit your site with a minimum visit charge of 60€ + VAT 24% and an additional charge per hour of 25€ + VAT 24%. The service is available for areas within Attica and Thessaloniki and upon confirmation of day and time.
HOW DO I HANDLE A DELIVERY OF AN ORDER WITH INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS?
If for any reason you receive your order incomplete, while the legal documents indicate all the products, please follow the steps below:
- Handwrite "INCOMPLETE RECEIPT" on the document.
- Write the order number on the order form.
- The customer service department will manage the issue immediately either by reshipping your products or by compensating you in full if you wish.
