SHIPPING METHODS

PICK UP FROM THE HEADQUARTERS

There is no charge for picking up your orders from the central warehouses.

For orders from 148.80€ (incl. VAT 24%), shipping is free of charge.

For orders up to 10.00€ (incl. VAT 24%), the cost of shipping is 2.00€.

For orders from 10.01€ to 39.99€ (incl. VAT 24%), the cost of shipping is 3.00€.

For orders from 40.00€ to 59.99€ (incl. VAT 24%), the cost of shipping is 3.50€.

For orders from 60.00€ to 79.99€ (incl. VAT 24%), the cost of shipping is 4.00€.

For orders from 80.00€ to 148.79€ (incl. VAT 24%), the cost of shipping is 4.50€.

Goods are shipped through partner transport companies.
Delivery days are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00.
The cost of transport is for delivery on the pavement. Any additional costs are borne by the customer and paid directly to the transport company.
The transport costs shown include 24% VAT.
In inaccessible areas, goods are delivered to the nearest transport company from the customer's location.
Orders are processed and dispatched within three working days.
Goods travel at the risk and on behalf of the customer. In the event of any damage caused during transport, the company bears no liability whatsoever. The customer has the option to insure the goods for their full value.
If special equipment is required to deliver the goods to the customer's premises (e.g. crane, pallet truck, etc.), the cost is borne by the customer and is paid directly to the workshop that undertakes the work.
