RETURN POLICY

RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - RIGHT OF UNCONDITIONAL WITHDRAWAL

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the service provision contract (when applicable) or from delivery (when it concerns products), including cases where multiple products are ordered in one order, from the delivery of the last product, and when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals, from the delivery of the first one.

The withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • This withdrawal is unconditional, and the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, together with all its parts, accompanying documents, and its packaging in perfect condition. The return will only be accepted if the buyer has first paid all costs borne by the COMPANY for shipping the product to them, as well as the return shipping costs.
  • The withdrawal declaration must be made in writing or electronically to the email [email protected], and the COMPANY is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal declaration as soon as it is received.
  • The consumer must return the product(s) within 14 days from the delivery date, according to this paragraph.
  • Following the withdrawal declaration, the COMPANY is obliged to issue a credit note corresponding to the value of the products (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days. This applies only to orders made via the online store www.spacegreen.gr.
  • The customer is obliged to compensate the COMPANY if they have used the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product during the period prior to the withdrawal declaration. The examination of the product's nature, characteristics, and function must be based on the information provided on the external packaging and any additional information provided by the COMPANY, without opening the product packaging or operating the product. The COMPANY is willing to provide additional information electronically or otherwise regarding the nature and operation of the product. If the packaging is opened, the value of the product is automatically reduced as it is considered used, and the customer must compensate the COMPANY for the devaluation of the product. The reduction in value due to opening and use is determined on a case-by-case basis by the COMPANY and usually ranges from 20%-30%.
  • If the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount proportional to the services provided up to the withdrawal declaration.
  • If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to claim compensation from the customer, which amount will be determined based on the condition of the products, and may offset part or all of this claim against the customer.
  • If 14 calendar days pass from the delivery date without the products being returned, the COMPANY is released from any obligation towards the Customer.
  • The Right of Withdrawal Without Justification applies only to purchases made through the Company’s Online Store and not through its Physical Store.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The calculation and charging of the shipping cost for your order is done automatically upon entering the postal code of the shipping address when you have completed adding products to your shopping cart and before proceeding to complete your order.

In case of cash on delivery, you are not obliged to pay if you do not receive the official receipt/invoice.

All listed prices include VAT 24%.

TRANSPORTATION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

If you wish to return goods due to change of mind, you will bear the immediate cost of returning the products. The collection of returned products can only take place from the address you initially provided for their delivery and which you have confirmed in writing.

You agree to provide the COMPANY with as many details as possible about the pickup address, such as floor, courier access difficulties, presence of elevator, narrow stairs, etc., to facilitate the collection process. You agree that there will be suitable access to the location for the pickup of the returned goods.

If the courier believes that pickup from the designated location may cause damage to your property, they will inform you orally and record it on the pickup receipt. You may instruct the courier to collect the products despite this warning, but we will not be responsible for any damage caused to your property or the goods, given that the collection will be done with appropriate care.

You agree to provide the partner with all the products you wish to return, including all parts and accessories. Upon collection, you will sign a receipt form confirming the delivery to the courier, which will be provided to you by the courier company.

If you cannot be present at the pickup, you may appoint a representative to undertake the process on your behalf. This representative must be an adult capable of supervising the collection.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases:

a) Supply of goods or provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the COMPANY’s control and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

b) Supply of goods made according to the specifications set by you as a consumer or clearly personalized.

c) Supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

d) Legal entities (invoice customers) according to Law 2251/1994.

e) In the event that the purchase is made at the Company’s physical store.

Returns of Products Considered Defective Upon Delivery (DOA)

Returns of products considered defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must include all original documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. In such cases, the following apply:

  • The product is received and inspected to verify the defect reported by the CUSTOMER. Provided that these have been previously received and checked by the COMPANY, the item will be replaced with a similar new one or, if unavailable, with another new product of equivalent quality and price. Otherwise, if the customer does not wish for replacement, a credit note will be issued. The customer also has the right to request repair of the product. This term applies only to orders made through the online store www.spacegreen.gr.
  • Shipping costs for both the return of the products to the COMPANY and the re-shipment to the CUSTOMER of the replaced product are borne by the COMPANY, provided that the product is proven to be defective. In any other case, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • If the returned products arrive damaged or incomplete, the online store reserves the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and may unilaterally and without further notice offset the claim fully or partially against the customer.
  • A product with a substantial defect that is delivered to the customer and is not due to the customer's fault will be replaced by an identical item.

Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we are unable to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will notify you by e-mail so that you can inform us whether you wish to proceed with your order under these circumstances. Our COMPANY bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its control and will do everything humanly possible for your best service. In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt find that one or more products are missing from the total order, please contact us so we can arrange the necessary details and send you the missing products at no extra charge.

Modification of these terms: Our COMPANY reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of transactions. The COMPANY undertakes the obligation to update this text for any changes or additions to the terms. In case of non-receipt of ordered goods (and if a significant time has passed since placing the order), please contact customer service at [email protected]. For better and faster service, we recommend mentioning the specific order code sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

According to Directive 2013/11/EU, which has been incorporated into Greece by Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, there is now the possibility of electronic consumer dispute resolution through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure throughout the European Union.
